• Contact enquiries: name, email, message content, session preference, optional preferred date.
• Booking records: name, email, phone if provided, payment reference, session dates, attendance notes.
• Private review submissions: chart files and journal notes you send for instructor review.
• Website usage: if you accept analytics cookies, aggregated visit data via privacy-respecting analytics (see Cookies Policy).
• Cookie consent choice: stored locally in your browser.

3. How we use data

• Respond to enquiries and confirm workshop seats
• Deliver training and provide written feedback
• Process deposits, balances, and refunds
• Improve our website and understand how visitors find our pages (with consent)
• Comply with legal and accounting obligations

4. Legal bases

We process data based on contract performance (bookings), legitimate interests (responding to enquiries, improving services), consent (non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (tax and company records).

5. Retention

Enquiry emails are retained up to twenty-four months unless a booking follows — booking records are kept seven years for accounting. Chart files from private reviews are deleted within ninety days after annotated PDFs are delivered unless you request earlier deletion.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate — for example email hosting, bank payment processing, and analytics (if accepted). Providers are bound by confidentiality and process data only on our instructions.

7. International transfers

Our primary systems are in Thailand. If you attend a video private review from abroad, chart files may be stored on servers we use for email and file transfer that could be located outside Thailand. We apply appropriate safeguards consistent with PDPA requirements.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. 9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect data. No transmission over the internet is fully secure; please avoid sending passwords or broker credentials in enquiry forms.

10. Children

Our services are intended for adults eighteen and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes

We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page with an updated date.
