Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at sitedogwoodcore.click and your enrollment in training sessions offered by Site Dogwood Core Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing this website or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide in-person and occasional video-based technical analysis training, including RSI reading and momentum assessment workshops, clinics, and private chart reviews. Training is educational. We do not provide investment advice, trade signals, account management, or brokerage services.

2. Eligibility and registration

You must be at least eighteen years old to enroll. Registration is confirmed when we acknowledge your seat in writing and receive any required deposit. We may refuse registration when a session is full or when we determine a session is not suitable for your stated experience level.

3. Fees and payment

Published rates are in Thai Baht unless stated otherwise. Deposits and balances are paid by bank transfer or other methods we specify. Failure to pay the balance by the stated deadline may result in forfeiture of your seat and deposit, as described in our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual property

Workshop materials — including printed chart packs, worksheets, slide content, and written debrief templates — remain our property. You may use copies for personal study but may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them without written permission. Your own chart annotations and journal notes remain yours.

5. Conduct during sessions

Participants must behave respectfully toward instructors and other attendees. We may remove a participant without refund for disruptive conduct, harassment, or recording sessions without consent when recording is restricted for that date.

6. Disclaimer

Training content describes chart reading techniques used in educational settings. Past chart examples do not predict future price movement. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and compliance with applicable laws and broker terms. We make no guarantee of trading results.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any claim arising from training or website use is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific session giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including trading losses.

8. Website use

You may not misuse this website — including attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, or scraping content for commercial republication. We may suspend access for violations.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes affecting booked sessions will be communicated by email where practicable.
