Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to workshops, clinics, and private chart reviews booked with Site Dogwood Core Co., Ltd. It supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Workshop and clinic deposits

A THB 1,000 deposit holds your seat. The remaining balance is due seven days before the session date. Deposits are refundable in full if you cancel at least seven days before the session start time.

2. Cancellation by you

• Seven or more days before: Full refund of all amounts paid, or free transfer to another open date within six months.
• Three to six days before: Deposit retained; balance refunded if already paid. Option to transfer deposit to a future date once within six months.
• Less than three days before: No refund except at our discretion for documented emergencies (medical, bereavement). Transfer may be offered if a waitlisted participant fills your seat.

3. Private chart reviews

Private reviews require full payment at booking. Cancel at least forty-eight hours before the appointment for a full refund. Cancellations within forty-eight hours forfeit fifty percent of the fee; the remainder may be credited toward a rescheduled review within ninety days.

4. No-shows

Failure to attend without prior notice is treated as a late cancellation. Deposits and fees are non-refundable for no-shows. Chart files submitted for private reviews are still reviewed only if payment is not forfeited under the rules above.

5. Cancellation by us

If we cancel a session — for example due to instructor illness or insufficient enrollment — you receive a full refund or priority transfer to the next available date, your choice. We notify you by email as early as practicable.

6. Rescheduling

One free reschedule per booking is available when requested at least seven days before the original date and when an alternate date has open seats. Additional reschedules may incur a THB 300 administrative fee.

7. Non-refundable items

• Deposits forfeited under late cancellation rules
• Printed materials already dispatched by post when applicable
• Administrative reschedule fees once incurred

Lunch and in-room materials included in workshop fees are not separately refundable — they are part of the session package.

8. Work already started

For private reviews, if the instructor has begun pre-session chart analysis (more than twenty-four hours before your cancellation notice), up to fifty percent of the fee may be retained to cover preparation time.

9. Refund process and timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original bank transfer account within fourteen business days. You must provide accurate payment details. We email confirmation when the transfer is initiated.

10. Group and corporate bookings

Custom group contracts may specify different cancellation terms in writing. Where a written quote conflicts with this policy, the quote terms apply for that booking only.
