How to prepare for your date
Full-day workshops start promptly at 09:00 — arrive by 08:50 to collect your chart pack. Clinics begin at 13:00; lunch is not provided for half-day sessions. Private reviews require chart submission 24 hours ahead.
We publish the next quarter's dates roughly six weeks in advance. If your preferred Saturday is full, ask to join the waitlist — cancellations often open one seat within the final week.
